Introducing Simon Häußler

In June 2023, Simon Häußler has joined the ECBA as the Project Manager for the EU-funded initiative, SYNAPSES, that is focused on teacher training programs and centered around environmental education and sustainability citizenship. Simon comes to us with experience from the German biologists association (VBIO e.V.), where he organizes online seminars for students, teachers and the wider public. He is a molecular biologist who studied at the University of Applied Sciences Furtwangen and the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich, where he received his PhD in 2020. We are confident that he will contribute significantly to our mission to create a positive impact on the world through education.
